Yes! yes! more books!

Ok. I had a really sleepy day filled with fun today. Those words contradict each other but yeah, I did.

8.00-8.40 a.m.
Morning duty as a prefect is never easy. Especially when you are doing the 'latecomers' thing. Those asses can come later than 8.15. Which by then I will b cruising at full speed with my duty partner to the class. But of course, sometimes, people like Lai Tong or Mugen do not like going to classes and would rather skip it. So, I will be running like a fool to the class while they saunter back like they own the whole world.

But today, sigh. We (Tze Yen, Euu Min and I) were kept back by some smelly old clothes and a wallet containing a photostated IC and some Buncho Paints. What a crime. The female security guard called us to help in the returning of the articles. Which we felt obligated to do. Spent 20 minutes on that.

8.40 a.m.
Went to the Bio lab with some Bio books. Ran there actually. Reached and discovered that I do not have my lab report book. Ran back to class and looked for it. Some people do make discoveries everyday ranging from surprises to blatant fuck-ups (wow! The first time I used that word in my blog. This is a discovery...). This was a BFU. The book, which I discovered later in the day i.e. when I was home was at home. Wow. I deem that as a discovery. Hey, life is a learning process. As I was making my way downstairs to the freaking Bio lab, Amanda came bumbling along and dragged my sis and I back to the 4th floor. I believe I have burnt a lot of calories by then. No wonder I have a 2 pack. (nothing to show off about....)

I think it was about 8.50 by then.
We sat in then learning support room with Encik Iskhandar and Encik Johari and listened to Is talk about choosing the right SPM subjects (those in the room took extra subjects that the school does not provide tuition for...). Then he asked us at approximately 9.00 about whether we are provided adequate external outside of school tuition for our Bible Knowledge. We said a 2 second reply i.e. yes and he let us off. Talk about waiting for 10 minutes. What the heck. We missed the photo taking session for our class. What a waste.

Tortured some plants at 9.15. Went back to the lab at 9.20....how boring can this be?
Finally left the Bio lab for the cooling air conditioned classroom. Wow. And surprise surprise, Wei Li brought Hearts in Atlantis and 1421 for me! 2 new books for me to read! Yesyes! Hearts in Atlantis is by my very own personal favourite Stephen King and 1421 is something like a historical novel, so I was told. YES!

Had some smashing fun with the football in the badminton hall this afternoon. I love playing football, not watching it. Except maybe the parts where fouls are committed. That's where I get my laughing time and stitches. Loads of happy endorphins coursing through my veins. (that statement may not be biologically correct but what the heck)

Helped the Interacters to paint the school sports storeroom just for the heck of it. (Liar, he did it for his Moral project, but at least he did it with a "hati yang ikhlas" haha.)

Oh yeah, at about 4 in the afternoon, it rained. Was the event a washout? Miss Khoo! You and your weather forecaster are soooo wrong! HAHA!! Ok. But I still feel sad coz I contributed in it too....

Bottomline: I must find time to read those darn books! Heavenly.
