no, to a blind man, a one eyed man is better off, it makes him...more superior.
superior how? isn't a blind man blessed with the fact that he cannot see the evils in the world? i think that in a world of blind men, the one-eyed man would be a very unlucky person - perhaps an equivalent to a tramp.
