My very first time...read on to see if this is corny

No offence. Nearly slept in class today. Preserverance is indeed a full blown God-forsaken virtue. I must be strong and resist the temptation to sleep. Good night...zzzz.
Yeah, that's what happened and pigs can currently fly on their wings. Did I sleep? No way Jose.

My very first taste of the MUN atmosphere i.e. active and really condusive for talking-bout-anything. I mean almost anything including being stupidly cynical and sarcastic to the P and VP. I was less mean to the VP. No slack for the P though. Haha. Which reminds me. I have to be less meaner...to selective people. No mercy for the rest.
They (Shazarina and Isabell) had discussed some pretty importantly exciting stuff which I judiciously took down like what some would say a nerd. Do I look like someone who studies 24/7? Make a guess and let me laugh right in your face if you are wrong. There are a couple of MUN conferences coming right up and I got to familiarise myself with the latest terminology and the protocol of speech i.e. stuff like raising up your hand and saying "Point of Personal Gain" or "Point of Implication" (I think i got dat wrong...) or "Point of so-and-so". So much protocol. What fun. Please do not mistake that for something sarcastic. Personal reminder: KLMUN is on the 3rd to 5th of March. Beg mom.

Fried the vegetables in a different style today. The only reason I was cooking was that my sister was too busy with the silly class timetable...nono! That's not what I meant. The class timetable is not silly! (oh yes it is..if he really did not mean it, he should have deleted the sentence)
And so John goes solo in the cooking of food for tonight's dinner. Beat that. Cooking is fun if you really know what you are doing. Which reminds me that I have to peel more potatoes as I have less experience in peeling em.

1. Put water into wok to boil for approx. 5 minutes.
2. Toss nicely and painstakingly washed and peeled and cut vegetables into the wok. Let it "celur" by itself for a few minutes while stirring it with a ladle.
3. After vegetables have that "cooked" look, take out from wok and turn off fire. Put vege into plate.
4. Fry garlic after that for a few minutes until the garlic has that "golden" and nicely brown cooked look (if you have watched your mom or cook regularly, you would know what I mean).
5. Dish the garlic into the recently semi boiled vegetables and put some soy sauce ( I mean some and not all) and mix the mixture.

The outcome is certainly satisfying if not very tasty as I had done it myself.
Why not YOU try cooking some other time?
